Purse Group Ready To Take On Wall Street

For the past year I have had the pleasure of observing eight women in The Flower Purse Group chart their path to financial security.  My assistant Ali and I were invited to the first meeting at one of the members homes in Washington D.C.  Kim Amprey Flowers was the woman who led the charge as she invited women in and outside of her network to join the A Purse of Your Own Campaign to financially empower one million women by starting a Purse Group together. The funny thing is that I have known Kim for some time. After she saw me present the keynote at an event and book signing she became what I called a “purse stalker.”  She called me and cajoled me into helping her launch her Purse Group -five to ten women who agree to follow the steps that I provide in the last chapter of my book, A Purse of Your Own or that you can download at the Purse Community.  Since that first meeting these women met at each others homes and practiced a level of transparency and commitment to getting their finances in order that brought me pure joy.  Here it is a year later and the group finished the book, applied the principals to their finances and are taking the next step to invest and pool their money together. And of course Kim has invited me to help them launch their Purse Investment Group.  How could I say no after she agreed to pay it forward by sharing how and what they did on Wealthy Radio this week.
