Deborah Owens is on a mission to engage, enlighten and equip people of all incomes to build wealth. With the release of her most recent book “A Purse of Your Own: An Easy Guide to Financial Security published by Simon and Schuster, she is touring the country  imploring women to become financially empowered through the Power of the Purse Campaign.

Deborah is the Wealth Coach on My Generation TV which airs nationally on PBS. She is author of “Confident Investing: A Wealth Building Guide For Women” and “Nickel and Dime Your Way to Wealth”.

Deborah is host and executive producer of “Wealthy Lifestyle Radio” a personal finance talk show that airs on the NPR affiliate WEAA 88.9 FM in Baltimore, Md.

She is sought after speaker and has toured nationally with The Financial Readiness Challenge sponsored by the Department of Defense. The B.E.S.T. Conference  featuring Bishop T.D. Jakes and Magic Johnson, God’s Leading Ladies, Everywoman’s Money Conference and  Working Women Events. Deborah is President of Owens Media Group LLC, which creates financial literacy programs for companies and organizations.
