Tightening The Purse Strings

As we look back at 2009 and the financial uncertainty that it brought to our households, making plans for the future can seem daunting.  I believe eventually we will view the first decade of the 21st century as the period where Americans learned long lasting lessons about their personal finances. Those values that our parents and grandparents, who were raised during the Great Depression,extolled are now back in vogue.
