Most people would agree that the past few years have been tumultuous, and that the future looks murky at best. Unemployment is at an all-time high, and businesses are closing at an alarming rate. Conventional wisdom says that if you have a job, you had better hold on to it. And if you don’t, you need to start considering other, less-attractive offers. But what if you had the ability to create the perfect role for yourself and make the coming years bright and prosperous? I believe that now, more than ever, it’s important that we all determine what we do really well.
