Saving money WITH loans! (9/28/10)

A fledgling multimedia business reporter and digital journalist, Renita Burns, is making her way in the world of journalism.

Burns currently works at Black Enterprise where she is responsible for the weekly blog “Economista,” which focuses on a broad range of topics, including personal finance for young adults, consumer issues, and resources for entrepreneurs. Burns’ personal interest in investing has spawned several projects, including a multiplatform package on young investors that included May 2009 cover story “The Young and the Restless.” She also co-wrote, co-edited, and co-produced an online video about the ING/Girls Inc. $50,000 Investment Challenge, another piece featuring fearless GenY investors delving into the stock market despite a rough economy.
